Who am I kidding, it really isn't warm enough to go out in just a blazer. But you can't tell from the sunshine, now can you? I know I have a smile on my face in that big close-up, but what I'm really thinking is; "take the damn picture already, I'm freezing my butt off!"

Went for dessert at this quaint french cafe on Alma St. I loved everything about this cafe, from their mismatched tea cups to their imperfectly shaped macarons.
Brrrrr..it's getting cold. 
I bring out my mother of all coats when temperatures fall to a single digit. My mama calls it my "bear coat".

Dear Blog,

       How can I even begin to explain my neglect. You know the weather hasn't been very kind. Lately, do I feel inspired to put on a cute outfit and wander around Vancouver for you? Sadly, the answer is no. You know I'd rather live in a sweater under the warmth of my cosy duvet. Still, I know I've made a commitment to you and to myself. I hope the neglect will be kept to a minimum.
